The Pound Ridge Fire Department was called in to assist Stamford Fire Department with a fire they had at 25 Bittersweet Lane. The homeowners were able to escape unscathed. As there are no hydrants in North Stamford, Pound Ridge FD assisted with supplying a tanker for initial tanker shuttles then establishing a static water source utilizing Engine 112. Pound Ridge was initially requested at 00:32 hours, clearing the scene at 07:56 hours.
